An Introduction to First Degree Reiki (Level 1) Course

An Introduction to First Degree Reiki (Level 1) – One-Day Course

Discover the foundations of Reiki and begin your journey into energy healing with this comprehensive one-day First Degree Reiki Level 1 training introduction.

Suitable for complete beginners, this course introduces the history, principles, and practice of Reiki in a supportive, small group environment (maximum 4).

Throughout the day, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunements and learn how to channel Reiki energy for self-healing to support the well-being of yourself, your family, friends, and pets.

The course includes practical training in Reiki hand positions, self-treatment techniques, grounding practices, and guided hands-on experience giving and receiving Reiki (we will also be able to offer reiki to animals, time permitting).

By the end of the course, you will feel confident using Reiki in your daily life to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

An Introduction to First Degree Reiki (Level 1) certificate is provided upon completion.

No prior experience is required although I would advise you begin a meditation practice before the course date (please reach out If you need help with this).
