What a wonderful course that gave me the opportunity to learn and practice reiki with an
excellent mentor, Lara. The course was a great balance between sharing, discussion,

I have recently attended an equine healing training group course with Lara. I can’t recommend it enough!!!
I have been following Lara’s content for sometime and now feel so privileged to have had the amazing opportunity to train with her.
Lara was so generous not only with her excellent hands on training but also with her endless patience answering all our questions !not only about the Reiki it’s self, but also about the law and all the essential information that we would need to work as Equine Reiki practitioners ourselves .
If anyone reading this is considering attending one of Lara’s next courses, I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her. Thank you Lara for such amazing day and all the lovely ladies and horses that I met on the day
Wow, don’t really know what to say except what a difference Lara and her equine reiki has done for my 15 yr T/B. We have only had 2 sessions and my boy can now be left without a companion for some time without him stressing out. I can highly recommend Lara and her work and will continue to use. Fantastic! Lara is a wonderful, natural teacher, who is so easy to learn from & very grounded, a day full of emotions & plenty of laughter too.
I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to better connect with my animals.
Lara came and gave my 28 year old a Reiki session and he thoroughly loved it. He has mild equine asthma and after the session I took him for an in-hand graze and his nostrils cleared really well. Lara listened to what Gump was telling her about where he wanted her to work and didn’t push him when he said no to an area. Would highly recommend.

Reiki Mentoring Day
I had the best Reiki Mentoring day with Lara.
She is knowledgeable in all areas, professional, open and she takes great pride in
supporting her students.
Her love of animals is foremost and her heart was wide open for us all.
It was a joy to meet her and the rest of the students, we connected at the initial walk and
meditation session.
Lara structured the day perfectly and the venue and horses were amazing.
I will be staying in touch and keeping an eye out for more courses.

121 Mentoring and Reiki Mentoring Day
I have been incredibly lucky to spend 3 mentoring days with Lara.
She has been so
open with her knowledge and we spent time during a one to one session gently weaving
my applied zoophamacognosy skills into offering reiki to horses.
Each mentoring day has been a magical experience, meeting and offering reiki (with
Lara's feedback) to a range of horses from Shetlands to TBs, not forgetting the famous
and gorgeous Lala.
Lara has provided lots of practical advice, to ensure equine/canine reiki sessions run as
smoothly as they can. It was a joy to meet others on the mentoring days too.
Would highly recommend Lara's mentoring to Reiki practitioners wishing to expand
their offering.

Equine Reiki Client
My boy Mitch has just had his second session with Lara and I am already seeing the
results from his first session.
Mitch has quite a lot of trauma and was really shut down and had lost his sparkle but
after his first session he looked brighter and has overall seemed happier, his cheeky
personality is coming out more and he has integrated with his herd more as he used
to just keep himself to himself!
We are also working on Mitch becoming less needle/vet shy as this is one of his
biggest issues, Lara is helping him heal from past trauma and hopefully with
desensitisation and Lara’s help, this issue will improve.
I would definitely recommend sessions with Lara to horses who have trauma as I can
already tell it’s making a massive difference to Mitch.

Wow! Just wow!!! We have just witnessed the most amazing session with Lara and our
two boys Dannis and Laser. Laser is an ex show-jumper and came to us 12 months ago
with a lot of anxiety and stress. We’ve worked hard to earn his trust but he was still
holding so much back so we asked Lara to come and see him and our other horse.
Within a very short
time we could visibly see Laser releasing so much trauma. It was so emotional to
witness and so humbling to see him change before our eyes. We had tried another reiki
lady previously and Laser wouldn’t even let the lady touch him so seeing the difference
with Lara was amazing! Our other horse, Dannis, also had a lovely session with Lara and they are both
booked back in with her for a follow up session in a couple of weeks.

Energy Healing for horse owners
I attended the Energy Healing for Horses day in March and it was so much more than I was expecting. I learned both a useful tool to use on the horses but also to manage my own self and energy better so I can show up as calm and grounded with a nervous system that signals all is safe.
It was so refreshing and important to have this day to learn, and just be. Intentional. Calm. Grounded.
The sun shone and it was amazing to spend the day with like minded people who all love horses and want to help them. Lara is not only wonderful at her Reiki and energy work - the whole barn (horse and human) all went very calm and peaceful once she started working her magic on one of the horses! - she is also a great teacher and has a knack of knowing exactly how to help and support each of the humans on their learning journey.
We all agreed it was a magical day, left with some great tools we can use moving forwards and I'm keen to continue this journey wherever it leads!
