Energy Healing Day - GL7

Energy Healing Day for horse and animal lovers.

A practical 1-day workshop for those who would like to build a stronger bond with their horses and small pets and learn simple, natural energy-based techniques to support relaxation and well-being.

No previous experience is needed.

The day includes guided meditation, theory, and hands-on learning.

You’ll explore how animals respond to energy, with a strong focus on safety, consent and appropriate behaviours.

This is a calm, supportive and down-to-earth day focused on understanding, connection and practical skills you can use at home.

We will be working with horses, but all skills are transferable and you don't need to be experienced with horses to join.
